Lhotse is a rare summer-harvest black tea from Jasbirey village in Ilam, Nepal. Hand-rolled and slowly oxidized over 26 hours at 6,500 feet elevation, it offers a complex, full-bodied cup with flavor notes of toasted pecan, dried fig, and buckwheat.
