Order Tracking

Shipping & Delivery (U.S.)

  • Processing time: Orders ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Carriers: USPS or UPS (based on your selection at checkout).
  • PO Boxes: USPS only.
  • Damaged/late packages: Email us within 7 days of the delivery scan with photos so we can assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our tea and teaware. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

  • Tea: Unopened tea may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
  • Teaware/accessories: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
