We ship from the Boston, MA area. Most orders leave our facility within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). U.S. Shipping

Processing time: Orders ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET will begin processing the next business day.

Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.

Carriers: USPS or UPS, based on your selection at checkout.

PO Boxes: USPS only. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Order Tracking
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided and cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, email contact@nepaliteatraders.com immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we can usually update the address.
- If the order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible. We will assist where we can, but additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Damaged packages: Email contact@nepaliteatraders.com within 7 days of the delivery scan with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing items from your order: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll resolve it promptly.

Marked "delivered" but not received: Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local mail facility first. If still not located, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll initiate a carrier trace.
- Claims filed after the 7-day window may not qualify for replacement or refund, as carrier claims often have strict filing deadlines.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange one of the following:

Reshipment: We'll resend the package to a corrected address. Additional shipping fees apply.

Refund: We'll refund the order, minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee if applicable.
International Shipping
We ship internationally on request. To get a quote, email contact@nepaliteatraders.com with your full shipping address and the items you'd like to order. We'll respond within 2 business days with carrier options, estimated transit times, and shipping costs.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees: These are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. Customs may delay delivery and we have no control over customs processing times.

Refused international shipments: If a customer refuses delivery to avoid duties, the order is non-refundable for the shipping cost.

Country restrictions: Certain countries may not be eligible for shipping due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. We'll let you know if your destination cannot be served.
Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases, an item may go out of stock between your order placement and our processing. If this happens, we will:
- Email you within 2 business days to let you know.
- Offer the option to wait for the next harvest/restock, substitute a similar tea, or receive a full refund for the affected item.
