Cancellation policy

At Nepali Tea Traders, we offer a Subscribe & Save service powered by Bold Subscriptions that lets you receive your favorite Nepali teas on a regular schedule at a discounted price. This policy explains how our subscriptions work and how to manage them.

Delivery Frequency Options

When you subscribe, you choose how often you'd like your tea delivered:

  • Every 4 weeks
  • Every 8 weeks
  • Every 12 weeks

You can change your delivery frequency at any time from your account portal.

Subscribe & Save Pricing

Subscription orders are charged at the Subscribe & Save price shown at checkout. This price reflects your savings compared to the standard one-time purchase price. Prices do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing and will notify you by email before any change affects your orders.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at your chosen frequency. You will receive an email reminder before each upcoming renewal. By subscribing, you authorize Nepali Tea Traders to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Skipping an Order

You can skip any upcoming order at any time before it processes:

  • Click the link in any subscription email we send you, or
  • Log in to your account at nepaliteatraders.com/account and manage your subscription from the portal.

Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be skipped retroactively.

Pausing Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription at any time from your account portal. Your subscription will not renew or charge your payment method while paused. Resume whenever you're ready.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no contracts, no fees, and no minimum commitment. To cancel:

  • Log in to your account at nepaliteatraders.com/account and cancel from the subscription management section, or
  • Email us at contact@nepaliteatraders.com and we will cancel it for you right away.

Please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

Modifying Your Subscription

You can update the following at any time through your account portal or by contacting us:

  • Delivery frequency (switch between 4, 8, or 12 weeks)
  • Product selection
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method

Shipping

Subscription orders follow the same shipping policies as standard orders. Free shipping thresholds apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. Please update your payment information in your account portal to avoid any interruption to your deliveries.
