Ama Dablam is an autumn-picked, silver-tipped white tea named after a breathtaking mountain peak in Eastern Nepal. This elegant tea has a delicate, golden straw liquor. It is expertly processed with silvery buds and one leaf and has notes of sweetgrass, water chestnut, and dried gardenia with accents of dried lemon peel and marjoram. It is the perfect tea to enjoy hot or iced.
Two heaping teaspoons of tea per 8 ounce cup. Cool boiling water for 2 minutes, then steep tea 2 - 3 minutes.
