Quick Facts
If you already love black tea, this is the set to start with. It covers the three ways most people drink it: a smooth cup on its own, a strong morning cup with milk, and a spiced chai.
Himalayan Golden is the smooth one, honeyed and gentle enough to drink plain. Sherpa Breakfast is our breakfast tea, malty and strong, and it holds up to milk the way English Breakfast does. Himalayan Masala Chai is Ilam black tea blended with cardamom, cinnamon, clove and ginger, made for simmering with milk or brewing as a spiced cup.
Each tea comes in its own bag with enough leaf for a few weeks of mornings.
Nepal grows its black tea in Ilam, right across the border from Darjeeling, and the high hills give it a softer, rounder cup than most breakfast teas. This set shows three sides of it, from a plain cup to a strong one to chai.
