Green tea from Nepal tends to be softer and sweeter than people expect, with very little of the bitterness that puts some drinkers off. This set holds three of our greens, each with its own character, in full-size bags.
Ilam Green is the gentle one, sweet and smooth with notes of butter lettuce, coriander and a dried gardenia finish. Pokhara Classic is crisper, with a toasted barley edge, and it stays forgiving if you forget it in the pot for an extra minute. Half Moon Pearls are leaves rolled by hand into small pearls that open up slowly in hot water and brew a sweet, fresh cup.
At more than nine ounces of tea, this is a gift that lasts, or a good way to stock up if you already drink green tea every day.
Three Greens, Three Characters
All three teas grow in Ilam, eastern Nepal. What changes is the garden and how the leaf is made: a soft, sweet open leaf, a crisper classic and pearls rolled by hand. Brew them side by side and the difference is easy to taste.

Brewing Basics
- About 175°F water, never a full boil.
- 2 to 3 minutes for the first steep, a little longer for the next.
- About 1 teaspoon of leaf per 8 oz cup, a little more for the pearls.
- Each tea handles two or three steeps.
