Spring White Buds is a spring-picked Organic Loose Leaf White Tea that offers a vibrant and refreshing representation of springtime in Nepal. Its yellow straw-hued liquor has aromatic notes of wildflowers, muscat grape, and clover, accented by subtle notes of nasturtium and barley. It is a wonderful option for an afternoon cup of tea.

This unique, artisan tea is a vibrant expression of the fresh Himalayan spring. A silver leaf and a bud were carefully plucked in April and quickly oxidized. The first sip of the lovely straw infusion reveals a delicate balance of stone fruit, asparagus, and sweet grass. The finish is smooth and buttery.

Rara Willow is a organic loose leaf white tea made with only one bud and a leaf that is rolled and dried at a high temperature, giving it a unique flavor profile. Its straw-hued liquor has notes of apricot, clover honey, dried orange peel, and subtle hints of toasted wheat and dried parsley. This tea can be enjoyed by itself as a light breakfast tea or a lively afternoon tea.

A silvery bud and one tender first leaf are plucked early in the morning or late afternoon. The leaves are then withered overnight with a constant supply of natural air. Early in the morning, the leaves are hand-rolled and then allowed to rest for one to two hours. Once the rolled leaves begin changing color, they are lightly machine-rolled for 15 minutes and then dried immediately with low heat. Finally high heat drying increases the flavor profile and shelf life of this lovely white tea. The leaves emit extraordinary sweet grassy aromas. The cup reveals a sweet and crispy profile, with a lovely floral aroma. The finish reveals refreshing hints of orange and lemon.
