The very first buds and new leaves are picked with precision, then withered, rolled, and naturally oxidized. Once the optimum flavor profile is achieved, the tea is wood-fired.
One teaspoon of tea per 8 ounce cup. Cool boiling water for 1 minute, then steep tea 4 minutes. Tea can be steeped more than once.
