A third flush tea is grown at altitude, this tea is matured like a fine wine and tasted every week for approximately six months until the right balance is achieved. A deep amber infusion complements the tea's supple, smooth mouth-feel. The stone fruit flavor, balanced with floral notes, is characteristic of the finest Nepali teas. This is an excellent black tea that can be enjoyed every morning.
One teaspoon of tea per 8 ounce cup. Cool boiling water for 1 minute, then steep tea 3 - 4 minutes. Tea can be steeped more than once.
