A third flush tea is grown at 7000ft altitude, this tea is matured like a fine wine and tasted every week for approximately six months until the right balance is achieved. Steeping Instructions

One teaspoon of tea per 8 ounce cup. Cool boiling water for 1 minute, then steep tea 3 - 4 minutes. Tea can be steeped more than once.
